To support this goal, we provide all carers with a Company mobile phone equipped with essential technology.
As part of our mobile phone deposit scheme with Stripe, we kindly request that you provide your card details and an initial payment of 30p. This amount will be refunded to you within 30 days.
If you ever decide to leave the Company, we ask you to return all Company equipment to your Line Manager. It's important to do so within 24 hours of your last working day. Failure to return all equipment within this timeframe will result in a charge of £90.00 using the payment details you provided.
If the mobile phone asset is not returned or payment for the device cannot be processed through the nominated card or bank details provided, please be advised that we reserve the right to recover the costs via a debt collection agency.
Please note that employees are responsible for the associated cost of their background check*. If, within the first three months from your initial shift date, you decide to leave the Company or if your employment is terminated due to a failed probation or disciplinary process, a payment of £38 will be taken from the payment details provided.
