Cera is a leading provider of nurse led complex care services in the UK. Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalised, and professional care that allows our clients to remain in the comfort of their own homes while receiving the support they need.

Enabling people with complex care needs to live in their own home and live the kind of life they want requires some careful planning. We follow a holistic framework that is fully bespoke, with the client at the centre of the plans

Our Nurse-led team work in collaboration with case managers, social workers, and wider multidisciplinary teams to improve the quality of life for individuals with complex health needs. We offer a 24/7 service with short and long visits to suit need, we also provide live-in care and end of life care.

We provide care and support to adults and children with varying needs including those with chronic health conditions or disabilities, encompassing a wide range of physical, neurological, and cognitive challenges that individuals may face throughout their lives. This can include genetic disorders, neurological conditions like epilepsy or multiple sclerosis, as well as learning disabilities such as dyslexia or ADHD.

Our Live-in care service provides dedicated 1:1 support to an individual in their own home.

Our Live-in care team for individuals with complex needs are overseen by nurses with specialist training for clinical tasks.

Our holistic approach aims to enhance the overall well-being of the individual and their loved ones during what can be a challenging time. We are able to provide this support in the person's own home whether they require support for a few days, months or a year.

We provide care for clients with neurological disorders that affect the nervous system. This includes those with genetic conditions or disorders as a result of injuries, infections or degenerative processes. Our experience includes providing care for those with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, Epilepsy, and Multiple Sclerosis.

We provide care for children and adults with congenital conditions, this includes those with heart, brain and skeletal conditions such as down syndrome, spina bifida and cystic fibrosis.
