Role: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of care and support for our clients, while providing guidance and supervision to our care staff. If you're passionate about care, possess strong leadership abilities, and pay close attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular quality and spot checks on care staff
  • Supervise, support, and mentor carers in the field
  • Conduct risk assessments and review care plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and CQC regulations
  • Assist with the training and development of carers
  • Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional service
  • Participate in on-call duties on a rota basis

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
  • Previous experience in the sector, ideally in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
