Female Complex Care Assistant
We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Uttoxeter (ST14) area.
We are seeking a dedicated and patient Carer to support our male client, a young man living independently who thrives with the right encouragement. Our client lives with Dyspraxia and requires a proactive partner to provide the gentle prompting he needs to tackle his daily routine. Your role will involve assisting him with personal care, laundry, and meal preparation - always with a focus on healthy choices - while helping him navigate the world of finance and budgeting.
Beyond the home, you will be his bridge to the community. We are looking for someone who can authentically promote his independence, encouraging him to explore social circles and take the exciting next steps toward finding employment. If you are a motivating communicator who can balance practical assistance with a focus on personal growth, we would love to meet you.
Shifts include
- Monday from 10:00 to 2:00
- Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 4:00
- Every other Saturday from 10:45 to 14:45
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:
- UK Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
- You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
