You will be supporting our blind client to be mobile out into the community with weekly shopping and medical appointments, this will involve all aspects of care. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their families, providing much needed support and respite

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work as you will be required to take the client and their wheelchair in your own vehicle to appointments.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
