Cera are currently looking for a Support Worker to work with our male client who has complex needs on a 1:1 basis, including personal care, paying £11.50 per hour. Ventilation and tracheostomy care experience would be an advantage but not essential as all training will be given by NHS Highland.

A few important details
- Driving is not essential for this role, however you will need to be able to commute to and from work for the required hours
- Previous care experience is desirable and you must be aged at least 18
- You'll get a mobile phone with the CERA app, so you can work safely and efficiently
In Scotland, all care staff are required to register with the Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC) and ensure they maintain their annual renewals, the regulators for the social service workforce in Scotland. You must also work towards achieving your SVQ Level 2 qualification. Cera fund your qualification but there is a £55 SVQ registration fee to be paid by the employee.
