We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services team to cover day shifts in Middlesborough.

You'll be part of a team providing care and support to three boys aged 4, 7 and 9 who have complex care needs as a result of a congenital brain disorder, who's individual needs include:

  • PEG Feed
  • Oxygen and saturation monitoring
  • Seizure management
  • Medication Management and administration
  • Personal Care

We are looking for a female carer with previous experience and driving licence to work Monday to Friday 7am to 10am and 6pm to 8pm shifts or we can accommodate 3.30pm to 8pm , with the potential for additional shifts to cover sickness and holidays for other members of the care team.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience
  • Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
  • You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
  • The Right to Work in the UK
