As a Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting care plan reviews, risk assessments, and spot checks.
• Supervising and supporting care staff in delivering exceptional service.
• Ensuring compliance with care standards and company policies.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and the care team.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).
