About the Role
This position involves visiting and assessing individuals who have recently been discharged from hospital, so flexibility is essential. You’ll need to be available for shifts from 7am–3pm and 3pm–10pm. We offer both part-time and full-time roles across South Shields, Whitburn, Cleadon, and nearby areas.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and weekend work is part of the rota. Shifts follow a 7-week rotating schedule.
