- Holiday pay and a pension scheme
- Free PVG, company mobile, and uniform
- 35p per mile mileage reimbursement between visits
- Access to WeCare discounts and the Blue Light Card Scheme (offering savings on shopping, food, leisure, and more)
- Enhanced maternity (12 weeks full pay), paternity, and parental leave
- A clear development pathway with funded SVQ qualifications—50% of salaried roles are filled internally
- Wellbeing support, including EAP, mental health first aiders, a healthcare cash plan, and eye test contributions
- £500 per referral through our Care Friends scheme
Whether you've worked in care, looked after a loved one, or simply love supporting others, we value your compassion, patience, and dedication. You'll receive all the training you need to succeed.
Your role may include help with personal care (such as washing, dressing, and continence), medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic support. Most importantly, you'll provide companionship, reassurance, and joy.
We use Cera Tech to support our teams—cutting-edge technology that reduces admin, predicts care needs, and enables better, faster decision-making. With fewer hospitalisations and better outcomes, our carers can focus on what matters most.
If you're looking for a truly rewarding role where your care makes a real difference, apply today.
This role is subject to a PVG check, and you must have the right to work in the UK. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity and inclusion.
Please note: All care staff in Scotland must register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), maintain that registration annually, and work towards SVQ2 (funded by Cera, with a registration fee payable by the employee).
