Halton New Carer Bonus 2024

Terms and Conditions

This bonus is for new joiners to the Cera Care Halton branch only - if you have worked for Cera Care (or any of their other brands - Premier Care, Medline, Allied Healthcare) in the last 6 months you will automatically be ineligible for this bonus. Date of the 6 months will be taken from your application date and worked back accordingly to your leave date.
All new Carers will only further be eligible for the bonus if they have applied for a Care Assistant role at Cera Care Halton on or after 01/01/2024 and after you successfully complete your first shift - failure to complete your first shift will remove your eligibility for the bonus.
All first shifts must be completed on or before 31/03/2024. At this point, all bonuses will be released for you to access within the Care Friends App. You will not be able to access the bonus in the App before this date.
If your first shift is completed after 31/03/2024, you will not be eligible for the new joiner bonus.
All bonuses are awarded via our Carer referral App, Care Friends. Within the app you can request to redeem your bonus points as cash once per month and this will be paid in your wages.
You may redeem either all or some of your points in any request as long as you redeem at least 25 points. You can learn more about the Care Friends app here
You must be registered for Care Friends, and have downloaded and logged into the App before 05/04/2024. If you register for Care Friends after 05/04/2024, you will be unable to access the bonus. .- No other requests for the bonus will be accepted other than via the Care Friends App

**Cera Care reserves the right to pause and/or end the bonus scheme without prior notice and at any time. Cera’s decision on bonus payments is final and at their sole discretion.
