Birkenhead Complex Care

Complex Care means the level of care that we provide for individuals with multiple health and / or social care needs, often requiring clinical support. This could include those with chronic or long-term health conditions, life-limiting illnesses or physical disabilities. We’re experienced in helping children & adults with a range of complex health conditions and care requirements.

We recruit and build care teams specifically for each family that we work with in mind. It’s really important to us that they are going to be a good fit for our client. Aspects such as location and previous experience and are taken into account, and although this extra work we put in can take time, we believe it provides a better chance of a successful and sustainable, long-term package of care.

We appoint a Lead Nurse to each package of care that we provide, as well as a Team Leader and Care Coordinator. This creates a consistent team that will get to know you, your family and your care team and join you on your journey together.
