Lindsey Appleby-Flynn
I have worked for a number of years in the health and social care sector, primarily in forensic mental health but I have experience across a wide range of care environments. I have worked in training for many years in a number of different roles, from Trainer to Senior Manager. I have extensive experience in learning and development from a health and social care perspective.
I joined Cera in late 2021 after spending 9 years as a senior manager within a national training organisation.
At Cera I manage programmes from a learning and development perspective, this could be in relation to aligning the L&D function of a new acquisition to Cera's processes or supporting new programmes such as healthier lives, or Nursing Assistants.
