Carolynne Favager

I started my career in the Health and Social Care sector at the very young age of 16, I have been fortunate enough, to have worked in a number of different care settings ranging from Spinal Injuries to Forensic Mental health. I have a vast amount of experience and knowledge in the development and leading of teams within the health and social care settings. Embedding cultures of best practice, raising organisational profiles and fundamentally ensuring services deliver care to a high quality and safety standard. I am extremely proud to work for Cera and I am excited to lead the internal quality team forward to support the Cera network both internally and externally.
