The Role: Supporting clients in Penrhyndeudraet, Porthmadog, Harlech, Blaenau Ffestiniogand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. A small cohort of our individuals who live in our supported living homes have the capability to lead and live independent lives, your support will help enable them to maintain their independence and live their best life. The role may include elements of personal care.
For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

Registration: In Wales, all social care staff register with Social Care Wales (SCW). The annual fee for this is covered by the employer. You must achieve a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within your first 3 years.
