We're looking for a Field Care Supervisor who genuinely cares about delivering outstanding care and supporting care professionals to be their best.
This isn't just about spot checks and paperwork. It's about building relationships, coaching your team, ensuring quality, and helping people live safely and independently in their own homes.
About the role:
You'll spend the majority of your time out in the community supporting clients and care staff, carrying out reviews, supervisions, observations and quality visits, while helping us maintain the highest standards of care.
You'll be the link between our office team, care professionals, clients, and families—making sure everyone feels supported and cared for.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments and care reviews.
Carry out spot checks, competency observations, and quality assurance visits.
Support the induction, training, and ongoing development of Care Assistants.
Assist with care planning and risk assessments.
Investigate and respond to concerns, incidents, and complaints appropriately.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Participate in the on-call rota where required.
You'll be a great fit if you:
Have experience in domiciliary care
Enjoy mentoring and supporting others
Are organised and confident working independently
Understand what great person-centred care looks like
Have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:
Experience conducting care assessments and reviews.
Knowledge of electronic care management systems.
