Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and experienced Field Care Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality care in the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, supporting care staff, and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client assessments, reviews, and reassessments in line with care plans
Supervise, support, and mentor care workers in the field
Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and observations of care staff
Ensure care delivery meets regulatory, company, and quality standards
Act as a point of contact for clients, families, and care staff
Support onboarding, training, and competency assessments of new carers
Accurately document visits, reports, and follow-up actions
Respond to concerns, incidents, or changes in client needs promptly
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a supervisory role within health or social care
Strong knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A caring, professional, and supportive approach to leadership
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above) [or equivalent]
