Female Complex Care Assistant

We're recruiting experienced, dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera, providing care to our clients in and around the Southend area.

You'll be supporting our male clients, who enjoy PlayStation games, shopping, cinema trips and horror films, and whose individual needs include:

• Tracheostomy tube support
• PEG feeding
• Epilepsy
• Suctioning
• Medication management

Shifts include:

• Various night shifts available on a full-time or part-time basis with alternate weekends
• 1x Part‑timer to work day shifts with alternate weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role within the Specialist Team. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
