Complex Support Worker
We're recruiting experienced, compassionate Care Assistants to join our nurse-led Complex Care team at Cera, supporting our client in Birmingham (B27) area.
About the client
Our client is a dignified gentleman living who loves Sensory lights and toys, and going to college.
About the role
In this role, you will:
- Deliver respiratory care (suction, nebulisers)
- Support medications
- Monitor health and escalate concerns (seizures)
- Offer emotional support to the client and their family
- Work with nurses and wider care teams
- Follow clinical, safeguarding and infection control standards
- Keep clear, accurate care records
Shifts include 9am till 3pm, from Monday to Friday.
Previous UK care experience is required for this role.
Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
