The Care Assistant (Reablement) role is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.

The Role:
The service is a Fife wide service and covers Dunfermline, Kirkaldy, St Andrews, Newport-on-Tay, Auchtermuchty and everywhere in between, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

Registration: In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
