Standard Hourly Pay Rate: £12 Weekdays - £12.50 Weekends

This role is eligible for a £250 joining bonus (drivers only), payable on successful completion of probationary period. We have a limited number of 16 hours per week permanent contracts available in this location, with every other weekend off for work life balance. To be eligible for guaranteed hours you must have good general availability, be a female driver with a car and be willing to travel across our service area when required (we will always aim to schedule rota's with minimal travel time where we can). You can also earn additional income via overtime opportunities or through our refer a friend scheme - up to £500 per referral.

We're recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Butterwick, Bennington Sea End, Sibsey and surrounding areas.

For this role it is preferred you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
