Customer Referral incentive
Terms and Conditions
This bonus is for active Carers of the Apex Prime Care Southampton and Portsmouth branches only.
- £50 awarded per customer referral
- Bonus payment due after 8 weeks of care being delivered to the referred customer and at the discretion of the Registered Manager
- All referral bonuses are awarded via our Carer referral App, Care Friends. You must be registered for the app to receive the bonus. Within the app you can request to redeem your bonus points as cash once per month and this will be paid in your wages.
- You may redeem either all or some of your points in any request as long as you redeem at least 25 points.
- No limit on the number of customer referrals
- Referrals must call/email/walk-into branch and organise care directly with the branch team stating the Carer that has referred them - without this, the bonus will not be paid
- If the referral does not state the Carer who has referred them on enquiry, no bonuses will be paid
- Not liable if the client would of been captured during BAU
- Attending coffee mornings or dropping off leaflets should not affect punctuality to care calls
- Referrals must be confirmed by RM/ROM
- All bonuses will be subject to standard HMRC national insurance and tax deductions
**Cera Care/Apex Prime Care reserves the right to pause and/or end the referral scheme without prior notice and at any time. Cera’s decision on bonus payments is final and at their sole discretion.
