Job Title - Transformation Manager

Reports to - Regional Operations Manager

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for supporting the branch in the day to day operation of the service. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of a safe, effective service and that an efficient care service is maintained for all our Service Users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage change across the organization, maximizing adoption and usage

  • Identify opportunities and risks, implementing necessary interventions for successful outcomes

  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments and assess business readiness for change

  • Support the development and delivery of processes, systems, and training to embed knowledge and adoption of new ways of working

  • Promote and support a culture of quality improvement within the business.

  • Experience in developing care plans and auditing

  • Proven experience supervising and supporting Care staff

The successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Communicate professionally with visitors including family and friends

It is crucial to possess a wide-ranging perspective, consistently identifying and analyzing both external and internal trends that could impact the business

You must possess active listening and empathy to understand stakeholder needs, concerns, and suggestions. Clear, concise, and regular communication with various stakeholders ensures everyone is aligned, leading to a smoother transformation.
