Complex Care Assistant

We're recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our complex care team in Chelmsford, Essex. You'll be part of a team providing care and support to a male child who has complex care needs including Epilepsy, his specific care needs include:

• Enteral Feed
• Suction
• Oxygen administration
• Seizure management
• Medication Management and administration
• Personal Care

We are looking for a male or female carer with previous experience to work 3 nights per week from 10pm to 7am and every Saturday 10am to 8pm. There will also be an opportunity for overtime covering sickness and holidays or working in other local care packages.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

We believe that home care is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Care Worker you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment. Previous caring experience is required.
