Reablement Support Worker

Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Basildon and Brentwood. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes. In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. This is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.

More about this role:

• Block pay
• We have part-time and full-time roles available, some weekend work will be required
• For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Previous experience in care is not required, training will be given
