Are you an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Support Worker looking for a truly rewarding role? Join the nurse-led team at Cera to provide specialist care and support to one of our young clients in the Ashford (TN23) area.
About Our Client (Female, 22 years old):
You will be supporting a charismatic and empathetic young adult female who values strong relationships and socialising. She is non-verbal but expresses herself well and enjoys going for walks, car rides, and using the swing in the back garden.
Your role is to provide full support to plan her day, including social interactions, and to help build and maintain good, safe relationships through intensive interactions and structured routines. She requires staff who are empathetic and can communicate in ways she understands, such as using visual aids or adapting questions.
He has complex needs including: (specialist training and ongoing support provided by our Clinical Nurse team)
- Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Unspecified mood disorder, global developmental delay, and ADHD
- Challenging behaviour and can self-harm
Shifts Available:
- 8/12 hour day and night shifts
- Full-time and part-time shifts
- Alternate weekends
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting people with complex needs
- Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK
