We're recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our client in Skegness.
Working alongside a qualified Nurse, you'll be providing care and support to an adult female whose individual needs include:
You will also support the individual with elements of Personal Care, Moving and handling/repositioning to aid breathing - you will be fully trained to use slide sheet and overhead hoist.
The initial needs of this role are for 1 -2 nights per week 8pm-8am, with the potential to pick up day shifts as overtime when required.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
We believe that homecare is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Care Worker you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment. No previous experience is required, you will receive full training and work alongside a nurse with this client.
