Position: Registered Manager

Reporting to: Regional Ops Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Extra Care Scheme supporting adults with physical and mental health challenges.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and regulatory compliance of the service, ensuring a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards

• Promote a culture of recovery, dignity, respect, and empowerment

• Oversee care planning, risk management, and clinical governance

• Manage budgets and ensure effective resource allocation

• Lead supervision, training, and development of staff

• Maintain strong partnerships with external professionals and stakeholders

• Drive service improvement and achieve positive outcomes for clients

About You:

We are looking for a dedicated professional who has:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting

• Experience with supporting with mental health, LD and physical needs

• Experience working within regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC)

• A recognised health and social care qualification (Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent)

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults
