Complex Care Assistant

£12.5 per hour
Full or part time hours, permanent contracts

We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our client in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

You will be providing care and support to an adult female who has Multiple Sclerosis resulting in paraplegia, this individual received 24/7 care and is fully reliant on her carers for all of her needs, including nutritional intake and personal hygiene.

Shifts available: 12.5hr Day shifts, 12 hour night shifts or 4 drop in calls which provide support to the shift carers. Shifts are available 7 days a week but you should have flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

We believe that home care is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Care Worker you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment. Previous caring experience is an advantage, but not essential.
