Job Title: Registered Branch Manager
You will be responsible for managing the CRG Homecare branch to oversee the delivery of care, recruitment & retention, and to drive the quality agenda and commercial expansion of your branch.
As Branch Manager you will manage and develop our domiciliary care services, you will provide hands on, operational and commercial leadership to ensure targets and budgets are achieved.
Providing high quality care to our service users is our number one priority. As Branch Manager, you will work closely with the Quality team to manage the delivery of the service in your branch. It will be your responsibility to ensure services are fully compliant with CQC and all other regulatory obligations.

Business development and growth is a vital part of the role. As Branch Manager you will promote services and develop business growth by building relationships with Local Authorities, other Commissioners and stakeholders. You will also work closely with the Regional Director to identify opportunities for growth and diversification using the CRG Homecare model.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent within the sector
Experience of managing and leading a team
Understanding of the social care sector
Knowledge of finance is preferred but not essential
A proven background in evidencing ethics, quality and care standards
