Cera is recruiting across a variety of roles. Jobs in care offer excellent career development opportunities and can lead to more senior roles in care coordination and management with time and experience. We are currently recruiting for the following roles:  

  • Professional Carer roles - providing regulated care for older people and those living with disability and other health conditions in their own homes. This may include personal care and assistance with aspects of daily living such as eating, drinking and medication.
  • Care Coordinator roles - scheduling care services, calls and visits for our customers. Dealing with queries and providing advice and support to Support and Professional Carers and customers.
  • Care Quality Lead roles - assessing and reviewing customers and providing leadership to Professional Carers.

We pay above the industry average. Depending on the position you will be paid up to £600 per week.

Once you have started your application, you will need to complete your online training and pass several pre-employment checks before starting work. Depending on how quickly you are able to complete these stages, you could be working and earning in as little as 10 days.

Professional Carers delivering regulated care will be provided with comprehensive online training and will be awarded the Care Certificate and RQF Health and Social Care Level 2 Diploma evidencing your status as a professional care worker.

At Cera you are never alone. Our unique App provides you with guidance on how best to care for our customers. Wherever you are there will be support available to you at the end of the phone, whether it’s 10 am or 10 pm - we are here to help you deliver the very best care and support to our customers.

 

Cera will be your employer. We have a range of contracts from flexible to guaranteed hours. For certain roles self-employed work will be possible.

We take the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers incredibly seriously. You will be provided with the advice and equipment (e.g. masks, gloves, aprons) you need to stay safe and protect our customers at this incredibly challenging time.

Your work experience may come from any background including hospitality, catering, retail or travel to name just a few. If you're great with people, you’ll be a great carer.
