We’re not just another care provider. Our mission at Cera is to solve the care challenges and provide people with modern care they rightly deserve.
By combining the power of technology with a uniquely collaborative approach, we offer affordable, comprehensive care that makes it possible for people to live better lives in the place they most want to be: home.
We don’t just care more, we care better.
Our easy-to-use app gives carers, family members and medical practitioners access to the most up-to-date information. We use insights from next-generation technology to proactively address health needs, making our care much more comprehensive.
Our dedicated carers embody everything that’s great about Cera. Behind each one is an equally committed team, making them feel part of the Cera family. We care for them, so they can care for you and your family.
The quality of our care is made possible by the care community we build around each vulnerable person. Families, medical practitioners and carers are able to collaborate more closely, even at times when you’re not able to be by your loved one’s side.
Here are just a few examples of the work we’re doing and the care we’re very proud to provide.
We have partnered with IBM to test whether the sensors that are used in self-driving cars can be used in our users’ homes to subtly detect movement, such as falls, allowing for round-the-clock support.
Skills for Care, a UK charity that helps to create a well-led, skilled and valued adult social care workforce in England, featured Cera as a leader in digital transformation in social care.
Cera has received over 25 awards including Outstanding Home Care Provider, and Best Technology, at the National Home Care Awards. This is a true sign of our commitment to the highest quality care and innovation.
We work closely with local health professionals in the community such as GPs, nurses and social workers to provide a fully connected service.
The best-in-class products that we integrate into our client’s homes provide these healthcare professionals with up to date information and empower them to collaborate with our carers in providing the best possible care.
Every one of us is committed to helping people get the right care for their loved ones, and offering continued support for as long as it is required
